Here is a DETAILED timeline that can help keep you organized and on schedule.
12-18 Months Before:

8-10 Months Before:
- Book a preview trip to visit the location and resort.

- Start shopping for wedding attire.
6-8 Months Before:

- Send the wedding invitations.
4-6 Months Before:

2-4 Months Before:

- Confirm travel arrangements and communicate details with guests.
1-2 Months Before:

- Confirm the final guest list and create a seating chart if needed.
- Purchase any last-minute items.
1-2 Weeks Before:
- Pack for the wedding and honeymoon.
- Send a final guest list to the venue, accommodation sites, and caterer.
- Make sure payments for vendors are taken care of.

On the Wedding Day:

After the Wedding:
